MK1 Manufacturing builds Mac Pro rack mount kits for the 2013 generation Apple Mac Pro, with a 4U sliding adapter that holds two units in a single enclosure. Every kit is manufactured in the USA from laser-cut, CNC brake-formed steel, finished with a powder-coated surface, and cut to 0.02mm accuracy. All kits fit standard 19-inch rack enclosures.
The Mac Pro rack mount adapter stores two 2013 Mac Pros vertically in a 4U sliding enclosure. The sliding mechanism allows front access to both units without pulling the entire assembly from the rack, which suits data center and server room deployments where individual unit access matters.
Several optional accessories are available to complete the build. USB 3.0 cables connect directly to the front panel for cleaner port access. The SANLink adaptor integrates storage connectivity within the enclosure. The rear port adaptor routes rear-facing connections cleanly through the back of the rack. A baffle plate manages airflow around the Mac Pro chassis, and a slide bracing kit anchors the sliding assembly to the rear of the rack enclosure for added stability. Blank plates are also available to fill unused rack space.
